As a result of untiring efforts of Kanya Gurukul Shiksha Samiti led by its President Ch. Rati Ram Arya, Guru Brahmanand Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Anjanthali (Karnal) came in existence. Guru Brahmanand Kanya Mahavidyalaya named after the great Saint of this area was established in 2015 to open up the door of higher education to the rural girls of this socially, educationally and economically backward area of Haryana. The college got NOC from the State Govt. and affiliation from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. At the time of inception, the strength of the college was 157 students and increased to approximately 400 in the second year. The college has been imparting education in 05 UG programme i.e. B.A, B.Com, B.Sc. (Non-Medical) and B.Sc. (Computer Science) Bachelor of Fashion Designing and fulfils the educational needs of nearly 90 villages within a radius of 25 Kms. For conducting all these programmes, the college has set up a huge infrastructure consisting of Classrooms, Laboratories, Library, Offices, Canteen, Play grounds, Parks etc. The entire campus always buzzes with a variety of curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The institution has been making a steady progress in its pursuit of achieving excellence as well as infrastructural adequacy. Our aim is to make it an institution of excellence and to improve the quality of education for society and students.
